Using a range of styles and approaches, we integrate a general therapeutic style with more specialist approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), structural and family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy and trauma therapy.

All of our Therapists are highly trained and experienced individuals who are able to combine an open and genuine manner with a solid understanding of effective therapeutic approaches.

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy have devised an ethical framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Although we have chosen not to become members of the BACP, we have adopted their code of practice as a benchmark for the ethical standards required from our own Counsellor's and Therapist's.

Psychotherapy is a healing process that enables real and lasting change to occur. It provides lasting benefits in terms of physical and mental health and wide ranging improvements to the quality of life for those who seek help. de-addiction
